Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes for certain oversized items.
Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, size, and delivery location.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Premium Grips are shipped under a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at customercare@pmgnc.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
- In their original, unused condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process
