The grips are ready for stain or oil finish. These grips are kiln dried and cured with ambi cut. These grips are made of high-quality walnut. The walnut is beautiful and will enhance the look of your 1911. These grips fit full-size Colt 1911 Government models and most clones, to name a few, Springfield, Rock Island, Taurus, Kimber, Remington, Sig, Smith & Wesson and other Colt and Colt clones. These do not fit the officer-size. Please check your model.
