A pair of 1911 rosewood grips that go past the usual smooth or checkered finish, these panels are cut from dense black rosewood and carved across the face with an overlapping dragon scale pattern, then finished with a deep blue Colt medallion inlaid flush into the wood. The scale relief picks up light from every angle, which is something a flat or checkered panel just can’t do. Made for 1911 owners building a Colt Government or clone, they actually want people to notice.
