Description
Three materials on one panel, that’s what separates these custom 1911 grips from a single-material swap. Carved black rosewood as the body, a strip of acrylic pearl inlaid through the middle, and a polished gold “U.S.” medallion with raised lettering seated flush at the top of each side. Each material is verifiable before you order. Each does a different job on the panel.
Black rosewood is carved, not laser-etched, not CNC-routed through composite, not surface-printed to simulate depth. The cuts go into solid wood and hold there because black rosewood’s grain density resists the micro-compression that rounds off decorative work on lower-density materials over years of handling.
The pearl accent is solid acrylic pearl, cut to the exact thickness of the channel routed into the rosewood. Color runs through the full material depth, edge wear won’t expose a different substrate underneath. The gold “U.S.” medallion is metal with raised lettering, inlaid below the panel surface. The lettering is dimensional, light catches the letter edges differently than the medallion face, so the “U.S.” reads clean at any angle and doesn’t blur under range lighting or holster wear.
Fitment: Full-size single-stack 1911 family: Colt Government, Colt Commander, Kimber, Springfield Armory, Ruger SR1911, Smith & Wesson SW1911, Remington R1, Sig 1911, Rock Island, GSG, and Taurus 1911. Standard 3-1/16″ screw spacing. Ambi safety cut included. Officer frames, compact 1911s, 2011 double-stacks, and magwell-cut competition pistols use different geometry — panels ordered for the wrong frame won’t seat and cannot be modified to fit.
Four grip screws out with a hex driver. Old panels off. Custom rosewood panels on. Screws back in. Five minutes. No fitting, no gunsmith.
Custom 1911 grips built from three materials hold up differently than single-material alternatives, the wood handles the structural load, the pearl handles the visual contrast, and the metal medallion handles the identity. Every element survives bore solvent, cleaning oil, and holster contact without lifting, fading, or staining the materials around it. 30-day returns if panels don’t seat flush on your pistol.

What gun grips fit my pistol or revolver model?
Every grip listing in our shop specifies the exact brand, frame, and model it fits. Browse by manufacturer to find grips made specifically for your firearm.
Which gun grip material should I choose for my shooting style?
Rosewood and walnut work best for collectors. G10 is ideal for competitive shooters. Rubber suits high-recoil and rapid-fire use.
Can I return my gun grips if they don't fit or I'm not satisfied?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your grips don’t fit, arrive damaged, or aren’t what you expected, return them in original packaging for a replacement or full refund.
Can gun shops buy grips wholesale or in bulk?
Yes. We offer wholesale pricing for retailers and distributors with no large minimum order required.
How long does shipping take on gun grips?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most customers across the US receive their order within 4–5 business days.

Yes. Most sets ship with mounting hardware included. No gunsmith needed most installations that take under 10 minutes with a basic screwdriver.

Slim wood or ABS grip panels work best for concealed carry. They keep your profile low, prevent printing, and won’t snag on clothing during your draw.
