1911 Texas grips in solid rosewood with the Outback checkered pattern and an inlaid Texas Star (Lone Star) medallion on each panel. Built for full-size Colt 1911 owners with Texas pride, a clean, presentation-grade build that suits dress carry, range guns, and gift sets for Lone Star State shooters.
Cut from laminated rosewood and CNC-machined to standard full-size 1911 frame dimensions. The Outback checkered pattern is machined into the wood face, sharper detail and longer-wearing positive index than rolled or stamped checkering, which flattens with use.
Rosewood laminate stays dimensionally stable across temperature and humidity shifts, so the panels hold true through both indoor range storage and outdoor Texas summer carry.
The Texas Star medallion is inlaid flush into the panel face, not surface-bonded. Raised five-point star detail catches light from any angle without snagging cleaning patches or loosening under holster wear.
